I have not been to countryside veterinarian hospital for quite awhile. Unfortunately my parrot became ill and I was able to get an appointment that very same day. The staff was very friendly and showed concern over my sick bird which made me feel better. The place was very clean. Even after a little dog had an accident they came right out and sprayed it clean so there would be no odours left behind. Doctor Julie Kopser, DVM was very gentle with my parrot. Dr Jacobs was wonderful as she helped us during our difficult decision regarding our dog Marcello. Her compassion as well as the staff's was appreciated during a difficult time !!
