For a long timed loved it. But after spending thousands of dollars at this place......was sent something I did not order and keep getting billed for it. If I did order it how come my credit card wasn’t taken then!! ! And to top things off the k 9 advantix was opened. I would not give my dog something questionable. So you won the twenty something dollars and lost a client.
I had an 8:40am grooming appt. this past Monday. I called at 1:00pm for a status check and was told she hadn't been done yet. That's 4 hours caged for a 13 year old shi tzu that is about 90% blind and deaf. After reacting strongly I was called one hour later that she was done. One hour to do a full groom for $100+? Worst grooming I have ever seen.
They were very sensitive to our emotions over what our dog Freeway was going through. He was treated very well and had a wonderful outcome/recovery.
I cannot praise the vets and staff at Countryside enough. They have taken care of my dogs from babyhood to end of life and have been the most caring people I could imagine. I love them all. Thank you for caring for my beloved pets and for helping me at the most trying times. I will never forget you.
Got an 8:30pm app-so wonderful they have evening hours like this. Dr. Rule and Stephanie took fantastic care of my dog and explained clearly what was going on. Treated him with medicine on the spot and gave me recommendations for ongoing care for another issue. In and out in 45 minutes, and the bill was reasonable. What I especially like about this place are the availability, the service, and the kind people.
I cannot say enough great things about Countryside! Our dog, Bruin, is almost 9 years old and has been going there since he was a puppy. In the past several months, he has torn both of his ACL's and required two surgeries. Countryside's doctors, therapists and staff have been phenomenal!! They are available to answer any and all questions, love our dog when he is in their care and provide comfort to his humans also. Highly recommend them :)
Dr. Rule does a great job taking care of our senior dog.
