Clean comfortable rooms. Stairs only to get to second floor. Request first floor if needed.
I wish all hotel chains were like this. Everything about the experience was outstanding (breakfast was a bit sparse, but that doesn’t matter to me as much). Clean, well kept, comfortable, ample, great mattress, quiet location. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and considerate at 1am when we arrived, automatically making sure that we got the quietest room in the position that best suited our needs (things I usually have to specifically request).
