I take my mother-in-law to Countryside all the time because we always enjoy ourselves and the food is always delicious! We tried the onion rings for the first time yesterday and we will be getting them every time from now on! Because we go often, I know the service we received yesterday was NOT the norm. We got there at noon and it wasn’t crowded yet. We were our server’s only table at first. As soon as she got more than one table, I think she got overwhelmed.
