Overpriced but pretty.
So I grew up in the area and wow did they really change this place around for the better. Beautiful apartment, signed my lease today after meeting Melissa. She was by far the greatest person to deal with in my experience of checking places out over last month or two. Explained the process very easily, and she really has a positive bubbly attitude. Im excited to move in.
So I’m about 9 months in on a 1 year lease. Management has zero regard for the tenants, it’s also over priced the place has zero amenities. I’ll be moving out as soon as the lease is up.
Never answers calls or takes more than a week to respond to emails . I tried getting an appointment for a showing , haven’t heard back it’s been a week .
