We recently bought a Nissan Rogue and worked with Dick Barker. What a great guy! He was knowledgeable, low-key, and best of all, he did not apply that pressure we all dread when we think about buying a car. We love the car and would definitely come back to Continental Nissan again.
Got a 2014 GTR serviced here and all I can say is that the staff here is amazing. Paul a Service Advisor and Gary a GTR Certified Tech were extremely helpful.
My service rep BJ always treats me with exceptional customer service. It wasn't my regular scheduled maintenance. I had an emergency and I called. BJ didn't say you don't have an appointment he listened to my car problems and immediately said come now Ms Brown. Thanks for your outstanding professionalism. Kudos BJ you rock.
I am a buyer of Nissan N200 and Im very Disappointed with most personnel, Because they said that if i had a good credit they would give me a good interest rate, but it was the opposite I have an escort of 804 and they gave me a interest rate of 5%.I knew someone else that bought a honda odyssey $ 12,000.00 more expensive than my Nissan N200 and they gave him an interest rate of 1.5%.and he had 750 of escort. John Vanik is just a pleasure to work with. I had called ahead and told him what I was looking for. He had a car ready when I arrived that was within my price range. Nice to not have to spend time in the rain trying to find a car. He was warm and helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying the vehicle, even though he'd gone out of his way to have one ready.
