Ordered 2 arrangements for a wake/ funeral. Extremely disappointed for several reasons: 1. The cards were switched even though I was very specific over the phone about which card belonged to which arrangement 2. There were no ribbons not even white even though it was very clear they were to be delivered for a viewing and funeral 3. After spending $250 (not including tax) on a cross arrangement it’s very small for the price and honestly I am not impressed by its quality compared to all the other arrangements. 4. I would like to address your points: 1 - 15 family pieces were sent to the funeral home. We are truly sorry the two cards were switched. 2 - It is not standard procedure for every funeral piece to have ribbon. It needs to be ordered that way. Somewhat expensive but still my go-to place for my flower and vegetable plants. They have roses that no one else has. Their Christmas arrangements are absolutely gorgeous!

The landscaping plan drawn up by one of their landscapers was poorly communicated, and the workers left behind to (finally) do the work were not well informed. The landscape planner was condescending and rude.
Countryside has a great selection of quality plants and lots of friendly, helpful employees. This is my go-to garden center for all my gardening needs.
