Was looking at a truck and took it to a local auto parts store. Truck threw multiple critical codes including engine misfiring, actuator faults, and several other power train codes. Attempted to reset the truck to get an accurate read from a third party to assess the condition of the vehicle and the dealer called refused to let me continue the test drive for an accurate reset after I informed him of my discoveries. Alan is great.He has always been fair and helpful and did whatever he could to make the deal happen.We have bought multiple care over the years for a great value including this 2010 Ford Sho. Definitely recommend for a reliable used car.
