The staff is very professional and take excellent care of Buddy.
I loved my whole experience. The staff was very nice and the doctor took her time and throughly examed my baby. She explained everything and most of she made us feel cared for. Thank you!

The best. Royal Princes Kitty has never gone anywhere else & never will. They are always so good with her even though she HATES to go. Even though I've moved 20 miles away instead of being less than a mile away like before, I will continue to make the drive.
When my husband and I were going out of the country for a trip, we had to leave our girls behind with my parents. Before we left our house, we hit a snafu with getting one of our girls her medicine. Despite this we ended up heading to DeLand without it. We called Countryside to see if we could get her medicine there while we were out. My parents bring their dog there for his care, so we knew they were great. I LOVE my "little" girl Lita, but at 95 lbs and a happy and excitable personality she can be a handful . Not only do they help me get her from car to exam room and back....they are always so genuinely happy to see her and that makes ME happy that I have people caring for her that love her too !
