I’m very conservative about recommending businesses but after going to Countryside for over 5 years I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
I'll never take my fur babies Ruffus and Sadie anywhere else. They are so good to them and show genuine love for the animals
i was very pleased and satisfied with the excellent service i received for my cat Babe. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Simmons really impressed me with his detail findings on Babe. I will be returning when necessary Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service
HAHAHA!!! My Maximus was well cared for by everyone, thank you. That sweet boy is practice for alligator wrestling. He is such a handful! That sweet little lady that brought him to me on pickup day 2/20/18 had quite a workout, but she was patient with him, thank you so much.
DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY SURGERIES!!! We took our dog in for a TTA, which is surgery for a torn ligament in the leg. Dr Bryson and Dr Cunningham performed the surgery and it failed. We took our dog to a specialist in Cincinnati closer to where we live and he informed us the cage she used to brace the leg was to small and destined to fail. He actually uses her x-ray that was taken after it failed to teach other doctors how not to do this surgery! I am a new pet owner ,New to the area, My dog had gotten sick and I called the clinic and they took me right in. I am very happy to have them as my fur baby doctors
I liked it. They were prompt. Didn't have to wait to long, liked the Dr. and her assistant. The handled my dog very well. Thank you so much for being so kind.
