We just closed on our home in Florida and Lonn Anderson was our loan officer. From beginning to end he helped us every step of the way through the entire process. He is very personable and easy to talk to even when issues with the Seller & Realtor became contentious, he was the voice of reason. He was quick to respond either by email, phone or text. Jim Steckar did not follow through and had no knowledge of a rural home guidelines, stay away from this company, waste of time and a hit on credit.
