We've spent the last 4 evenings here & have soooo enjoyed our time a this campsite! Adorable little set up & super clean. Best of all, the owners were very accommodating & the friendliest couple we have ever met! The rec room was like stepping into a time machine & jumping back a few decades hahaha but let me tell you, us along with our 4 kids had the very best time laughing & playing in there! Couldn't have asked for anything better! Thanks for the memories Ms. Pat & Mr. Lou! We'll be back again before too long �
We have been here since September and have enjoyed it so much !!! Wonderful people beautiful surroundings and Lou and Pat keep the park immaculate!! Every season is so festive and fun .....hard not to be happy here!! Merry Christmas to all !!
Fantastic campground! We stumbled across this gem as we were getting evacuated from our beach rental in Folly Beach. Everything else was booked so we ended up here. So happy that we did. This park is very clean, we'll maintained and the owners are so welcoming. We felt like we were visiting family. Bathrooms are spotless, there is a playground for kids, a rec room with a pool table. I can say enough about Pat and Lou! They are amazing people and run a wonderful RV Park. We will most definitely be back!
Love this RV park! Immaculate grounds, clean showers, hi standards always maintained. Very friendly owners for 16yrs.
If you want the best campground in the Franklin area then Pines Rv Park is for you! Pat and Lou Ferrante keep the park well maintained and are great people to be around. We highly recommend it!
More NO signs and rules then I have ever seen. Small sites with the adjoining sites fire ring SUPER close to your camper. They charge you extra to use your AC in your camper. Rules you are handed upon check in clearly state 2 cars per site but I guess that's a typo because we were yelled at for having 2. Definitely don't cater to their guests! Bath houses were clean.
It's an awesome RV park. Pat and Lou are the best.
