Small, outdated, cheap, thin walls, expensive and ineffective heat source I could go on and on. I hear every conversation, every movie, every sexual encounter, and every footstep from neighbors. The only way to win is to be on the top floor and at the end of a building. There are washers and dryers but there is only 4 of each for 41 units and people don't understand the length of time it takes to wash and dry a load of clothes so you are left with people who leave their clothes in there or those that are so impatient that th... read more
