The new manager is working very hard day in and day out for this place, since she has took over i see she cares! Things are getting done on time, she has cleaned this place up...she does not give up and we love they found someone who cares. I have had several people tell me they see a different community
I have lived there for about 3 years. While I do understand that they have police patrolling because of a drug problem, I keep to myself and I have nice neighbors. Maintenance does a good job, but the owner needs to authorize more cosmetic stuff like painting....replacing siding...etc. The rent will be going up and I have not seen any of the above cosmetic adjustments listed above.

Pretty decent for Norman – New manager is trying to get some things squared away. Pet deposit is outrageous, so don't even go there! Norman's Finest are watching this area due to some drug trafficing, but I like knowing our police force is doing their best to keep things in check. These apartments are right off Main St., but far enough away that the traffic noise isn't too bad. Within walking distance of shopping and places to eat. I love my apartment! When I viewed an apartment, I was amazed. Brand new counter tops, CERAMIC tile, and lots drawer space (8) and a double pantry for food. The carpet is a deep burgandy red. I love upstairs so I am thrilled to have my OWN balcony. No bugs or roaches, 3-8ft swimming pool, and the neighbors are friendly and CLEAN! The BEST part about these apartments is the office staff and maintenance men. To All Readers.Please note ,I am again very proud of the accomplishments here at Country Village.My Maint Staff works very hard trying to accomplish alot in one day and are very trust worthy. I have managed for over 32 years and I am proud to say the residents care about where they live. If we have a person who moves in and does not comply to rules and regulations they will be given proper notice to move. I moved here about 2 months ago. I have never lived in an apartment before so I was nervous about having neighbors a wall away and having so many people confined to one area(possibly more crime). I have children too which was the hard thing to make the move to an apt. Anyways, I talked with Ms. B and she answered every possible question I had about this place.
