My first impression of the staff at this facility was good. I found them extremely patient and caring with the residence. I have a family member who has to be there right now. There wasn’t a staff member that I was in contact with where I felt they were not being genuine, competent, and able to address the needs of the patient.

I lived at this Nursing convalescent home for Ten Months and I have to say, it was like living in "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" there was never a quiet day in that whole Ten Month Period. The food there would make Elementary School Cafeteria Food look like Wolfgang Puck's. The nursing and therapy staff was mostly hit and miss. The Physical Therapists were all great people.
