They have been adding and increasing charges. I was utilities included and now they added an increase for the utilities. I was told by management that it wouldnt happen til my lease was up, that was a lie. Now I am hearimg rumors sayimg they are going to start chargimg for coverwd parkimg spaces. I feel the new property management is trying to nickel & dime us constantly. conserning when about 15 or more units where moved out of and when asking my neighbors, they said the same thing... too expensive for such and old Apartmen... read more

The Apartments are very nice and the staff is Awesome!!💚💚
Management has been changing a lot. Staff just keeps getting worse and worse by having no customer service skills and making me feel like I’m bothering when I go into the office. Overpriced for such old units.
