I have lived here for over 5 years. I have loved most everything about this place. 1. It's affordable. 2. During Covid, my washer and dryer broke and it was replaced in 2 days, while everyone was having to wait months for appliances. And not only did I get a new unit, it was an upgrade from a mini washer/dryer to a full size. 3. I've had one leak, and it was resolved the next day. 4.
