Nice places and the location is peaceful. The community is neighborly and quiet. Leasing staff are helpful and friendly. WiFi and cable are included in the rent cost, which is uncommon. Unfortunately everything in the apartment runs on electricity, so be prepared for an expensive electric bill, especially in the winter. Overall I have enjoyed my experience living on this property.

Absolute nightmare. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We had to submit 11 maintenance requests in the first 3 months we were there. And that’s not counting all of the problems we fixed ourselves. We only lasted 5 months before we finally moved out (and continued paying because you can’t break the lease).

Took lease out a year prior. Prices just kept going up and it's not worth the cost. Also, the staff is not friendly or helpful.

Leased an apartment out from under us! We drove two hours to look at the apartment and after expressing interest we were told we would be contacted within a few hours and then we could sign the lease. I called less than 24 hours later because they never called me, they had leased it to someone else! When I talked to the lady she was very rude, I could not believe what a waste of time this place was
