I called about a break in my tire stem. They said I could bring it in and they would try to get me worked in. I got there and they were able to fix it immediately. I was only there for 20 minutes and on my way back home to put my tire back on my truck. The staff was courteous & knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone.
My tire and wheels were damaged when they were replacing a tire. They didn’t charge me anything for my visit because they damaged my wheel upon submitting a claim they are now saying they didn’t damage a tire or wheel… then why didn’t they charge for any of the work done……. Upon submitting a claim they won’t cover the wheel they damaged. Huge shoutout to Jack and Ben at the Rochester Sullivan Tire! I came in with a mild tire dilemma and left with my vehicle driving smooth and my pride mostly intact. Apparently, when the sticker inside your door says 36 PSI, that means 36 PSI per tire—not a combined team effort divided among all four. Who knew?
