Mike at your office in Rochester was Aces! He was super helpful on the phone when it came to helping me figure out the best tire to purchase. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive, but the best for my needs. When I arrived, he was as polite and cheerful as he was on the phone. He acted like he knew me:). I purchased a set of Firestone Tires from this location that had a "70,000" mile warranty. These tires were always rotated every 3,000 miles and didn't even last 15,000 miles before they were completely worn down flat. When I asked about replacement and my "70,000" mile warranty the very rude "manager" of the rochester sullivan tire told me they would not help me and that it was not their problem and that I needed to contact the manufacturer directly. I have been going to Country tire for oil changes, emissions, tires and brakes for years and I have always been happy! Great service, fair pricing and friendly employees. Last month a punctured a tire with a medal rake on a Saturday and Scott (who is great!) got me in at the last minute, right before they were closing to get me a new tire so I could get to work the next day. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you!
