I went for a quick oil change somewhere else and they spotted a nail in my tire, so swung in here. They got to my tire within the hour w no appointment, it’s a nice spot to wait as there’s an Aroma Joe’s right in the building. The desk staff was kind enough to replace the dead battery in my valet key as well! 10/10 I will be back for new winter tires on my other car for sure!!
Mike at your office in Rochester was Aces! He was super helpful on the phone when it came to helping me figure out the best tire to purchase. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive, but the best for my needs. When I arrived, he was as polite and cheerful as he was on the phone. He acted like he knew me:). I purchased a set of Firestone Tires from this location that had a "70,000" mile warranty. These tires were always rotated every 3,000 miles and didn't even last 15,000 miles before they were completely worn down flat. When I asked about replacement and my "70,000" mile warranty the very rude "manager" of the rochester sullivan tire told me they would not help me and that it was not their problem and that I needed to contact the manufacturer directly.
