My husband was at the facility on Wednesday Nov. 5,2014 and looked a tri axel transcraft step deck trailer, it was a carry over from 2013 The sales staff took his credit information contacted the company he's leased to along with his personal banker and after two days he was informed that he was approved for the trailer, and then the trailer was mysteriously sold, this wasted my husbands time along with the company he's leased too, along with the personal bankers time. Dear Lera and Jeff, I am very sorry as I enjoyed meeting your husband and getting him approved for the trailer. The sales policy at Country is that only a deposit on a trailer will hold it. Since the trailer had been there for more than a year I did not ask your husband for a deposit I am truly sorry about that. I can try and find another trailer just like it if you can give me a day or two.
