We took a deer there to get processed and they Processed it completely different than what we gave them instructions to do. Then the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional when it was brought to her attention. I would not recommend this place to anyone customer service is terrible and their work is not very professional at all

I took a deer there to get processed and when I went to pick the deer up everything on the order was mixed up not not what I requested at the time of placing the order. When I brought it to the managements attention I felt like I was the bad person. They made promises to me they did not keep which was they would fix their mistake I was told by the management there than it was an accident one of the meat cutters just deboned my meat and made hamburger meat out of everything this is not what I requested.
