I recently bought a knitted cardigan, within a few days I noticed one of the knots had come undone and there was a small gap. I went into the store hoping I could get the item exchanged because it’s my new favourite cardigan. I knew my chances were slim because I bought the item on sale but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Lovely shopping experience at Country Road Garden City. I was shopping with my two kids and was struggling to find the clothes I needed, but the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The store was beautifully merchandised and well presented, making it a pleasure to browse. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back!

Love coming into this Country Road store! It’s always beautifully presented, clean and organised, which makes shopping there such a pleasant experience.
