Very friendly service, staff cared an guided me to all the things I could need. Store smelt amazing, floors were spotless and jot a spec of dust anywhere and not only were all the staff smiling but so were the customers so if that’s not a true indicator of staff having passion I don’t know what is an a special thanks to the young lady who helped me find the perfect gift in pink which I didn’t know was available

I love this store.The staff are so lovely friendly and helpful. They always greet you with the biggest smile. I go to Garden City because of this store and staff. The store is always so immaculate. A store to stop by and shop. Love it..
Wanted to talk to someone by phone about an exchange from an on-line purchase. Rang 8 times in a 30 minute time slot almost an hour after they opened and yet noone picked up. Not even a "can you hold please". Obviously they make so much money they can refuse to answer phones??
