RecommendedGreat staff and courteous. That's about it. The prices are ridiculous and they try to use almost a scare tactic to buy products and services. I paid for an X-ray for my dog once and wanted a second opinion. They finally released the X-rays to borrow for a day. They didn't like the fact I was going somewhere else. I recommend Angel animal hospital on grand river in Farmington Hills. It's much more reasonable in price and they won't run all these tests to rack up your bill.
I recently had to put my sweet cat of 16 years to sleep. The staff at Country Ridge was amazing, and so kind and sympathetic. I highly recommend them for any pet care. They truly care about their customers!
I would highly recommend country ridge. They were very professional. Very friendly staff! Took care of my all three of my fur babies. I will definitely be coming here from now on!
Friendly, accessible, knowledgeable staff, especially Dr. Platz-Bartallouchi (sorry for the probably incorrect spelling). Highly recommend!
