I have been with country places for about 5 years. Making payments has always been simple and when I paid off the land, The billing people went out of their way to work to find the most expedient way to get the paperwork done! Country places did me right! Dennis
Country Places allowed me to buy land with very understandable and easy to meet terms. I had Arthur as a sales agent, and he was great to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better company.
Horrible company!!!!! We live in upstate NY and bought property from them in TN. The realtor sent us pictures of the property and told us it already had a driveway on it that we could bring our camper down access the property and be all set to camp. We get all the way down there and for one there was no driveway, for two the pictures were not even of the property we bought! Country places is the best company I dealt with they are very helpful and accommodating I wanted to switch property so both my properties were together.and they helped me do this with no problem they are awesome thank you so much country places
Terrible company. They prey on people. They buy land from people who are hard up at $900 an acre. Then they mark it up with no improvements to the property and minimal work put into a roadway. Charge $5,000 an acre plus high interest rates. Foreclose at any opportunity they can get. In my case over $12.45 from October. November and December I had paid up in full before the delinquency date and I wasn't aware I owed the $12.45 . They canceled my November and December payments after they were already made and terminated my acc... read more
Obtaining a land only mortgage is difficult and this process was so easy even being out of state. We purchased a small property and found another bigger piece we liked more so we were able to switch properties with no hassle. Thank you all at Country Places for all your help we love our property! And thanks for making it possible to make out payments online now!
