I recently toured this facility, and Aspen Alcove has done a tremendous job remodeling. Their staff is super friendly, and their pricing is amongst the best I've seen. Highly recommend.
We were searching for a place for Mom and were referred here. We could not be happier with our choice! I can’t tell you how much joy I get when my mom calls me and says, “I won seven times at Bingo!” or “We’re going to the movies!” Those little phone calls mean so much to me because they tell me that she isn’t just living here—she is genuinely enjoying herself and making friends. I want to really love this place as my grandmother has been here for quite some time now, but they just have new owners and the quality of service has gone down drastically. They are very understaffed to the point that I’m wondering if it’s even safe anymore plus my grandma‘s room has been broken into multiple stolen twice. It’s obviously something that has keys to get into the room.
What a wonderful facility! The staff are consistently kind, professional, and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Aspen Alcove Senior Living is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality senior living option—definitely worth taking a tour!
Country Pines took amazing care of my mom who wasnt easy to please or care for.she was kinda ornery. But She made all kinds of friends there with the other tenants. The staff was so patient with her and kind. They fed her amazing meals cooked from scratch.! When I would visit her at lunchtime, I was always envious of the wonderful things they cooked right there in their kitchen and provided her! If you’re looking for a down to earth, caring place for your loved one, Country Pines was the absolute best! Thank you!!
