I give this 4 stars, more out of potential than for current shape...We moved here a few months ago and its a dirt cheap place that is pretty quiet. Country Pines is on a dead end street with a church and school next door. They are pretty worn down and about 30-40 years old, however Gary, the maintenance guy is really working hard at keeping everything updated.
