I had a dental emergency and I called them at about 2PM. They said they booked me in for 3:30PM. I had to take the rest of the day off from work and get ready to rush there. My wife and 3 kids got ready to take me because we didn't know how I would feel after the appointment.. only to get a call at 3:15 asking where I am, I explained I'm 15 minutes away and should be there on time for 3:30. Had a great experience at the clinic recently! Went in for a dental checkup with Dr. Jain, and team. She was super kind and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable. The checkup was smooth, and I appreciated how she took the time to answer my questions. I also had to get a tooth extraction done by Dr. Mcintosh and team , and honestly, I was pretty nervous going in—but he was fantastic. I would highly recommend Country Park Dental, the staff is extremely friendly and organized. The office is clean and the atmosphere is calm, there is basically no wait time upon arrival. My children love the team here, they actually enjoy going to the dentist for once, the way the staff interact and engage with them, all while explaining how teeth work and what they will be doing inside their mouth, it was wonderful. I highly recommend Country Park Dental for your dental care. After 17 years of consistent dental work from the age of 8, I've developed a lot of PTSD and dental trauma from multiple dental surgeries, teeth removal, braces, retainers, needles, wiring, root canals etc. You name it, I had it done, all from just bad dental genetics. I had my first appointment here today and I am very happy! The receptionists are all very friendly and polite. The place is very clean and inviting. I had Julie clean my teeth and she was very thorough and did a fantastic job she was informative. The dentist Dr.Pienaar was wonderful and took her time to explain everything to me and went over what she recommends and went over the images with me. It has been a very positive experience and highly recommended coming here !
