There are absolutely wonderful reviews on this flower shop and about Lori specifically. That's why I'm terribly disappointed about the treatment and severe verbal abuse that Lori gave to one of my employees at Swonk's Flowers and Gifts in Battle Creek, MI over an additional charge for additional requested services. She used language that would make a sailor blush with shame. When I called to follow up on the matter, she rudely hung up on me as well. Terribly unprofessional.
