They don’t keep up on maintenance, they CHARGE YOU FOR PARKING, and their management is a joke.
I do not recommend these apartments, they have been in existence since 1995. When a tenant moves out, all maintenance does is paint over any damages done. The appliances are old and worn out. The floors still have the old vinyl flooring on them & they are cracked from foundation problems. The electrical outlets are worn out & will not hold a plug in for any length of time. The windows will not stay open and stay open. There is more

RecommendedI’ve been living in country meadows for 2 years now and I love it! The apartment manager Rachael is awesome and easy to work with! I also love how the staff treat their renters like Family! And I love how the apartment complex is very well lit up. All in all I give the apartment complex five stars with no doubt about it!!!
I rented my apartment site unseen...I moved from Virginia...when I got here I was amazed!!! Because... I didn't really rely on the pictures on the internet. But...the apartments were actually better than the pictures posted on apartments com !! I absolutely love Brittany and Rachel !! They are the best managers ever!!! The maintenance men are exceptional ... I have never seen an apartment complex...start the morning with going down every sidewalk..and park way... picking up trash!!!! My husband and I moved in around Nov 2017, Brittany and Rachel in the office are great, very friendly and eager to help tenants in anyway, the price is great too!! It is quiet and we have some great neighbors! We moved from Saline County and we love it here!!!
Country Meadows is a great place to rent. The new manager there Rachael is quick to solve problems and fix any issues.
Lived here for several months. Love layout of apartment. Quiet area with friendly staff. Closets are wonderful.
