We liked the community, the apartments were Spacious and the hostess that showed the apartments was very helpful and was able to answer questions.
Review update: got an apology about initial treatment we had received and Emily even did a solid with cleaning and allowed the other tenants to stay longer due to medical issues to make sure everything is spic and span and took off a charge while telling them they needn't worry about it as it was apparent the place was well taken care of.
As I was walking the halls, one whole hallway had holes cut out of the ceiling!! I don't understand why they are open still as someone mentioned it's been this way for months!! I'm know there are ways to put temporary covering on these! I feel like between small creatures & the insulation being exposed this is a hazard! I hope something gets done before someone calls the health department or the Dept of Aging as I saw quite a few seniors.
The new manager emily has had a vendetta against us since she stepped in and despite having good rapport with other tenants and doing good by the community at large, always with water shut offs consantly, there are OSHA violations and housing board violations. I have taken the time to amass everything needed. I was hit with a non renewal this last time because it has been hot and our AC went out and had put in a request to have it fixed as i have medical issues and I was told its not an emergency to get fixed.
