Brooke was amazing!
Maintenance is really efficient and very helpful! Walls are SUPER thin, so all noises can be heard fairly easily, but the community is kind and easy to talk to if things get too loud. Clean facilities (fitness center, mail room, etc.) and good communication with residents.
Very friendly manager. Answered every question. Was very informative and inviting. 2 bedroom unit was layed out nicely,and spacious. Felt very much at home. Only downside,was the older carpet throughout, even in dining area. It would be perfect if it had something like,life proof flooring,throughout .
Water is shut off every 2 weeks. False Alarms in Fire Alarm System. Garbage pick up not often enough - dumpsters overfield...
