COUNTRY MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK IF ANYONE DECIDES TO MOVE IN THIS PARK BESURE TO LOOK FORWARD TO LIVE IN PRISON CAUSE THAT IS HOW IT FILLS LIVING HERE CAN"T MOVE OUR TRAILER CAUSE AFTER WE BOUGHT IT ALL WE GOT WAS A BILL OF SALE MANAGERS ARE VERY RUDE PEOPLE AND TO MANY STUPID RULES THEY NICK PICK ABOUT EVERYTHING AND IF YOUR CAT IS LOSE THEY WILL CATCH IT AND TAKE IT OFF THAT IS WRONG .
bad place to live!!!!!! I moved to country manor bout 1 year ago,it was ok place,than they started letting staff go and getting new than it went to hell,the managers are rude,not friendley,and think they are better than anyone here..the new maintenance man thinks he is a stud and tries to mess with females when he comes to do work on trailers so how can they keep them kind of people around,,,the owner needs to bring back the old staff he just fired!!!!!!Than people might want to stay at country manor!!!!! Awesome value. Love it. They just got everything right. New great , friendly staff. I have been here for three plus years and can not find such a bargain anywhere else. I rent a home and it is a steal. They have even keptthe rent the same the whole time and have never raised it at all. I truly think any negative reviews on this site may be bogus from other landlords who can not compete with the great deals Country Manor gives its residents. Great place to raise a family. I have lived here with my wife and 2 daughters for 3 years now. We love our neighbors and the management is professional and they keep the park clean. The rent is the least expensive around as well.
This is a clean mobile home community This is a clean mobile home community. The new staff is personable and friendly. The Park is bringing in band new mobile homes and offering rental rates under $500 a month which includes the lot rent. They are also offering rent to own which I am doing.
WOW Hello i like country manor.I grew up there i remember when it was Lantern HIlls moble home park lots of fond memories there.I moved there in 1974 and moved way in 1991 i lived @ 59 cimmorron trial for years.I have old pictures of the trailer we lived in witch that vary same moble got moved to lake of the lanterns in avon indiana and still there.I turned out great the people there i grew up with i still talk to some of them very good place to live i miss livin there
Moved into the trailer park in September 16th nothing was done in it and it had roaches and mice they said they would take care of it and they didn't nothing has been fixed in it and they don't seem to be worried about it it has gone down hill and I wouldn't let my worst enemy move into this trailer park
I have lived in the manor for a long time. I own my home and did not buy from the owners of the park. So I don't have a problem with my home. But I will tell you that there office staff needs major school for people skills. They are rude, hateful and as for the park grounds, no park for children , basketball court what a joke, NO POOL . When I moved in the park they had a pool and I was told for three yrs it was being worked on . YOU HOW THEY FILLED IT IN WITH DIRT . My husband and I have lived in Country Manor for over 5 years now. What can I say the rent is cheap. Their staff is rude and unprofessional, June refuses to do her job. Her excuse is always that she doesn't know how to handle that someone else does. So what is her job? Every time I go in there she's eating and yet she calls other people names. Ken Sims doesn't really seem to do much either, he enforces some rules but not others. If you call and complain your the "bad guy". The only light seems to be the manager that is here ... read more
