Stay away!!! 1 Star is being generous When i first moved in this complex was amazing. The office staff was attentive and responsive. If there was a maintenance issue it was repaired within 24 hours. The grounds were well kept- everything you could ask for! Now it’s a nightmare. The office staff is clueless, they are unprofessional and don’t return calls. If something needs repair they take several weeks to fix it if at all. There is tons of garbage on the grounds. It’s a hell hole!
Terrible Ownership doesnt know what customer service is, Management ignores you and Maintenance doesnt fix anything. i cant wait to move out
Horrible I've lived here for 5 years ,and was fine until this new property came in. Nothing gets fixed , service is horrible they tell you they will do something or call back and never do it. No weekend hours so people with 9 to5 jobs can never make it to the office . The fitness center and laundry card machine have been not accessible for months now because they "have corporate working on it" and that's all they say. I would never live here again. Management and staff are rude.
cute apartments and professional staff we lived here for 3 years before moving to florida and we loved it. we saw some bad reviews on some websites and can't seem to figure out why. we worked with John the manager and his staff when we needed something and they were always so professional and kind. they always called back and made sure we were satisfied. our apartment was on the bottom floor and even though we heard some noise from our upstairs neighbors, the value was worth it. we had washers and dryers and really cute hard... read more
