DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Place is a dump. They charge you a ton of rent and the apartment is outdated. Cockroaches have been spotted here. Exterminator says he’s been here a lot. Manager is weird and doesn’t enforce the rules on the lease. My neighbors play loud music and my lease says I’m suppose to have quiet enjoyment. Which I should with the rent I pay. Getting a one star bc the maintenance guy is on top of things. Washers are nasty and have mud in them rn. Been in better and I wouldn’t recommend.
For the last five years of living here. I've dealt with leaking ceiling that shouldn't got as bad as it did' is. crack in ceiling now. Every time they change mangers or maintenance people they they act like the problems are new . Example for the last two or more years I've been dealing with electrical problems . They say that its is the circuit breaker box in apartment. I pay to much rent for dealing with this stuff .my rent should never been raised and now I hear someone else is having the same problem . Had cockroches the day I moved in. And bed bugs. The slider glass door and the front door foroze in the winter time. Just a nasty place to live
