First building has a COCKROACH INFESTATION. Despite reports over 2 years to management the issue continues to remain unresolved. If you take pride in living in a clean, healthy environment like I do, do not waste your hard earned $1,100 a month on a unit that has bugs! I feel completely disgusted and it’s taken and impact on my mental health. I’ve maintained extensive records supporting my infestation including dates, times, specimen samples and photos. This is a very nice apartment complex. I've heard great things about the management.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Place is a dump. They charge you a ton of rent and the apartment is outdated. Cockroaches have been spotted here. Exterminator says he’s been here a lot. Manager is weird and doesn’t enforce the rules on the lease. My neighbors play loud music and my lease says I’m suppose to have quiet enjoyment. Which I should with the rent I pay. Getting a one star bc the maintenance guy is on top of things. Washers are nasty and have mud in them rn. Been in better and I wouldn’t recommend.
