As we were visiting them for the very first time I had plenty of questions (like "do you have a bathroom?)! They were very patient and answered all my inquiries. Customer service here proved it does still exist! Mom and I had iced hazelnut lattes and dad had a cup of joe (Med roast). All was delish!
