I would not book a room here again. After confirming our reservation with Expedia, the hotel reassigned us the next afternoon (our arrival date) to the Econo Lodge. I called Expedia, which verified that the hotel had confirmed our reservation with them. Expedia cancelled the Econo Lodge reservation, found us another hotel & gave us a $25 coupon toward our next stay for the inconvenience. THAT is fine customer service.
The room is always clean and comfortable. The entire staff is gracious and thoughtful.
This was a deal that we got by either Living Social or Groupon . Walked in, greeted by Elizabeth, and the wonderful lending library! Pool nice, jacuzzi wonderful, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good, The room itself was large, with sitting area and sleeping area. We would give this place an A+, would like to have more deals to be able to stay more often.
The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean... breakfast is good and home baked cookies in the evening very nice treat... the staff is super nice and very accommodating... this is my home base whenever in the Ithaca... it's as close to home as I can have when I'm on the road.
Not enough hot water if the hotel is at capacity. I would think that if you pay over $200 a night it would include hot water. Poor customer service at the front desk. Very disappointed. Contacted 1800 number and left a message for the manager. Still 2 days later no one has addressed the issue.
The room was surprisingly spacious and confortable, very clean and the breakfast was perfect. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful which almost made up for the lack of hot water in the shower this morning (hopefully that won't be the case tomorrow morning!). I'd definitely stay here again!
