Booked a room for a night, check in time: 3:00 pm. I show up at 3:09 and they had given my room away. The staff were kind enough to provide another room, when entering that room, someone else was already in it. Ended up having to drive through the middle of the night back home as they had no rooms left. At least I got a refund. Extremely archaic system there, they have not modernized their systems at all, rooms are still managed by folders on the front desk. They have a computer system but do not trust it at all.
Check in advertised at 3:00pm. Arrived at 3:00pm and room was not ready until 3:35pm. Had to change in the lobby bathroom to make it to wedding on time.
My hotel room is clean, the rest of the hotel was as well. Breakfast was very good number of offerings. Few problems: The freezer could not be turned down, it froze I had in it; the TV remote did not work at all And the only way to fix it would be to change rooms and everything was unpacked so I stayed where it was; I brought my own pillow and they took it and must’ve thrown it away because they couldn’t find it; I then asked them not to go into my room the next day, but they went in there anyway & when I got home, the bed w... read more
Rooms were ok. Bed was satisfactory, pillows comfy. Bathroom had repair issues, as did one of the outlets in the room. (There was a prong from a plug stuck in it). I didnt use the tv. Breakfast worked. Hot tub jets were non-functional and the towels for the pool were for a toddler. Though they give us regular sized towels.when we asked for them.
