Used to stay here all the time when in for work. Stayed in several rooms over the past couple of weeks and I was not impressed. Smudges and unclean surfaces around the night stand and coffee maker in the rooms. A couple of rooms missing conditioner or empty bottles in the shower. Garbage located behind the night stands. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hot tub and splash pad were not working when we arrived, but no one contacted us ahead of our stay to make us aware. There were mouse droppings on the counter near the cereal in the breakfast area. The first floor had water damage but guests were still placed in the construction area. There were bugs in the hallway light fixtures. We have been staying here for a couple of years for our annual trip to Madison. The staff is amazing and both friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and they are in the process of making upgrades to improve the experience to their customers without causing any unnecessary inconvenience to the guests that are currently there. Nearby restaurant and delivery options. Close enough to Madison, yet far enough away to offer more tranquility. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
I don’t think they clean rooms or change towels. Very dirty place
