I never leave reviews but genuinely had such a bad experience. First off the hotel is being completely renovated - I and other guest were unaware until arrival, due to this there were tons of loud noises and no housekeeping. Whatever that's fine- until every single day they come barging in the room to add or see something. I stayed here 4 nights unfortunately. It said online there was a pool and there wasn't a pool. Had to jump through all these hoops to get me room switched last minute to a different hotel.
Undergoing renovation and rebranding - sign now says Spark by Hilton! Will be amazing when finished but right now...not so much!
Not as advertised and don't care. Try this out..... call the hotel and say "hey I booked this hotel for the full service free breakfast and indoor pool" and listen to how they could not care less that THEIR WEBSITE (not Google or other 3rd party sites) state that these things exist. Distant and uncaring. As far as I'm concerned not providing as advertised I'm not getting what I agreed to pay for. Sounds like a fun and easy CC dispute. I hope everyone does that.
Hotel being TOTALLY renovated. The room was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The pool is being filled in and will no longer be available, this is not indicated on the website. The lobby was completely gutted, construction dust billowing through it. This hotel should be closed while renovating.
