Had a great time there loved the indoor pool and heated Jacuzzi gym was ok needed more to it though service was great enjoyed the whole thing thanks for a.memory

They are very rude I had a reservation. I was on the road all day.walked in2 men working front desk.did not say hello or do you have a reservation they only said you can not check in till 3. It was 2:40.I was fine to wait.but why did they have to be rude. I Walked to the lobby bathroom and saw a roach.There were no other guest waiting. Walked out to my car and came back in and they were checking in 2 other families. Love Country Inns & Suites. We like the indoor pool & hot tub and the morning breakfast is very good. We stayed here on our way home from Florida, usually we stay in Lake City Country Inns & Suites on our way down. At times Lake City raises there price if something is going on around there, them we have to pass it up.
Everything was great. The front desk clerk at night, Tonna, was awesome and had great customer service. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I have a great experience. We would definitely go back there.
Very clean and always feel safe. Me and mother stay here every year for black friday shopping.
