Room was clean and bug free.AC worked too well, it actually woke me up when it went off for 30 mins cause it was set temp. Mini fridge did NOT work, it was bately cool. Breakfast was actually good!!! Plenty of options and make your own waffles! My ONLY complaints---- 1: Pillows were really flat, no filling and 11AM SHARP on the dot- knocking on door yelling checkout time. I was very aware of checkout and was triple checking i had everything.

I travel for my job so I basically live in the hotels. Maggie the front desk lady went above and beyond to help me. My company forgot to extend my room and she was so patient and helped me for over an hour! Got me new pillows and was just all around very sweet. This is by far one of the nicest hotels the company has choose if ever in Tyler again I’d love stay at this same location
