We paid for a nights stay tonight. They did not tell us the lobby was torn up due to renovations so there was no continental breakfast, pool or hot tub use. The coke machine was out of Diet Coke. I am diabetic. Nasty work boots were left in the room so that telks me housekeeping dosent do their job then as we were trying to lay down to try and get some sleep people above us were slamming doors and stomping. I booked next door at the Marriott that got over booked and didn't have my 3 rooms I reserved 3 days ago. I called over to this hotel and was able to get 2 rooms, while it sucked not having a 3rd room the gentleman that was working was very accommodating and very sweet. The rooms were nice and it's in a pretty good location. He did whatever he could to make our night a little less sucky after the marriott disaster that I had. the only thing that sucked was the elevator didn't work and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs but ... read more
Accidentally left my wedding band in the Room...called up there and of course no one found it or turned it in and know where I left it. it was on the nightstand by the bed and on top of that left a bottle of shampoo that they said that they didn't find it either... How sad these people are so dishonest. left a message for the owner operator to call me and that didnt happen either.
Dated. Inconsistent, misinformed front desk. Old rooms.
