Great location, short walk to many businesses and of course, The Falls!
The staff and especially the front desk and breakfast person were all very very nice and helpful
Especially enjoyed Sharon each morning at the breakfast buffet ! She made a delicious breakfast and added all the extra information including where to get wrinkle cream , champagne lift !!! Thanks Sharon ! From your Florida guests !
Best hotel in Sioux falls
This hotel looks very nice online but when I arrived, the front desk staff member was smoking outside and followed me in for my check in process. The elevator was dirty and run down, the AC unit had large food crumbs and mold inside in multiple spots, there was blood on the toilet seat, and a dirty tissue under the bedside table. The room also was very fragrant of cigarette smoke. There is also very little parking for guests. Overall, I had to leave and did not feel safe at this establishment.
