horrible hotel wish I could get my money back lying manager about having upstairs rooms-we requested said THERE was no available rooms LIE no breakfast no pool blamed covid but pool could be booked for community members? 1st room no working tv they moved us 2nd room UPSTAIRS with a clogged toilet...they moved us to a 3rd room where I took ice cold shower no warm or hot water they charged a card I informed them was lost even though I presented Amex upon arriving ... horrible place dont stay here it even smells weird/sketch I ... read more
Key cards don't work to pool, ants in pool area, cockroach at breakfast counter by the juice bar, stained sheets and elevator not in service. This was over night stay never again.
room was dirty, bugs in bed. room was changed and second room not much better.
First room we were given was filthy. The caulking in the bathtub was discolored and disgusting. There was hair on the soap dish from someone else. The only light that worked in the entire room was the one by the front door. And the fridge didn't work. Second room had a HORRENDOUS mold infestation in the bathroom. Mold growing all the way around the top of the shower where the wall meets the ceiling. We were given a their room, that seemed fine last night. Fourth floor was hot. We had two ac units the wall unit and a portable ac unit - still hot. Then we were moved to the 3rd floor - cold but loud ac unit. Toilet seat was loose, rooms seemed small, and floors were disgusting! Breakfast: room capacity 34, eggs were swimming in water, bacon was burnt and broken into small pieces, flies were on the food, coffee was not hot, and milk wasn’t cold. I was billed twice for my stay. I have called numerous times, left my number, told GM would call me when this individual is back from vacation. Still waiting. Sent email...no response.
Do not reccomend staying here stayed there for the night and someone stole stuff out of my vehicle and broke my handles off my vehicle. The staff was not helpful they said they did have cameras and didn't even offer to call the police. poor service 😡😡😡😡😡
I’m away from home on business and lost my wallet in the process. My dad booked a hotel room for me here at the Country Inn. I go to check in and I’m unable to have the room that is bought and paid for because I don’t have a credit card in person. I explained that my dad paid for the room with a credit card, could we use that one, they say no. So I’m sitting in the parking lot, in the rain, trying to figure out what to do now. Thanks guys for all your compassion and help! 🙄
