Worst hotel I been to my room was dirty bugs flying around crumbs in the carpet, My bathroom was dirty tub got a Dirt ring in it not only that the employees Are very unprofessional, begging for Tips They reek of weed Very loud through hallways, I wasn’t surprised that my room was dirty with the employees that they have I wouldn’t recommend staying here
We had left a card with money in it in our room accidentally and realized we left it and headed back into the room (we were gone 3 minutes) and housekeeping was in the room and the card and money both were missing. Super frustrating since it was a wedding gift for family. The room smelt musty & was outdated as well for the price. The service for the breakfast buffet was amazing though. Super nice guy!!
I highly recommend this place is such a beautiful hotel the staff treated me like family. 10/10 or even higher then that. Beautiful community!
Me and my grandkids and my husband thought we would have a good trip but ohh no not at all.when we walked in the room it looked clean until the sheets was pulled back had stains and hair as if nobody changed the sheets. I tried to deal with that but I couldn’t help but notice the bottom of the toilet wasn’t clean it had hair and was dirty.the employees was very loud one girl had liquor on the job I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing I let my grandkids go outside to play and all you smell is weed and you wouldn’t believe... read more
Tried to make a reservation at this hotel for later this month and they have inflated the rates substantially because there is some event in town. Rates have been inflated for over a month now. They also said there would be a tax for "services, sanitation, and other "amenities" of nearly $70.00+ per night. Total rip off. We have stayed here recently for approx. $130.00 per night and approx. $50.00 in taxes and now the rates are well over $200.00 per night with ridiculously high added taxes. I would not recommend this hotel.
