Had a nice stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed the eggs and sausage for breakfast. No complaints or issues.
My family and I stayed here for the past three nights for a stay-and-play softball tournament. Before booking, I read the reviews, and honestly, I normally would never choose a hotel with ratings this low. However, my daughter wanted to stay with her teammates, and because this was a stay-and-play tournament, we were limited to hotels on the approved list. We decided to make the best of it. The hotel rooms are dirty. Checked in paid for room and checked right out. They kept my money.
Make sure with this hotel and with all choice hotels you book through them directly. If you decide to stay at choice hotels. They have a scam going if you book a night it's supposed to be guaranteed for any issues. But country inn and suites peoria will not honor this guarantee and the manager will keep your money and put the refund guarantee on the booking site you used. It's a blame game that you will loose.
