The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. However, the rooms felt quite outdated, and many of the fixtures and furnishings seemed old. The bathroom sink had very weak water pressure, although the shower pressure was much better. There was also a strange smell in the room, and the air conditioner was very noisy throughout the night. save yourself from an extremely uncomfortable stay. this place is not clean at all. the entire third floor smelled like a buffet of some, my bathroom had hair all over the toilet and shower and there was bugs in the bathroom

No directions on how to turn the shower head on. Could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk after multiple attempts. Room was substandard as far as cleanliness goes

This has been our go to hotel for the last 2-3 years as we travel to Peoria to see family. Unfortunately, the property has declined to the degree that we won’t return. This last time, we were greeted politely and promptly. Check in was smooth and the two gentlemen working were pleasant and happy to greet us. That’s where the good stops.
