Over priced in my opinion. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mid Pool is mid. No hot tub. Rooms were clean odd smell but nothing super strong. 1st room we were given was occupied. So after a long day of traveling we had to go let front desk know. They were friendly and quickly reassigned us a new room.

Not sure how this is a 4 star. The basics: Room was standard clean. Staff/hotel operation was basically functional. Stay was quiet. Average price. The concerns. A lot of deffered maintenance. Main hotel door was broken. Rips in the bedding. Hot tub out of commission. Room chair was broken. HVAC either ran all the time at mach 2 or not at all. Parking lot was not cleared of all snow. The staff and management at this hotel was amazing. They were very helpful and attentive to anything that was needed. I really appreciate all their help. After talking with them, they are new management as of November 2025 and I’ll be looking forward to seeing all their updates and renovations that are on the horizon for them. Thank for a great experience!
