Vivian the manager was rude. Telling my daughter she can’t be in the pool cause she’s under age but her older sister that was 18 was there. She had no right to do so. But did not even ask what age my daughters were. Raises !!!!! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Ac was not working properly plus the door omg every time we walked out we had to replace the key . Great pool, clean, updated rooms, and decent breakfast. Great price for the area. Manager (owner?) Singh was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will stay here again.

We were on our anniversary and the comfort inn was recommended by someone we're close to. When we arrived the elevator was broken and we were on the second floor. We're in our 70's plus I had one arm in a sling. The lady at the desk did help us take our stuff upstairs. That night we killed a roach. We didn't have a phone in the room so we couldn't report it and I was not walking back down stairs. The next morning we killed another roach. On the way out to eat we reported it to front desk. I was happy to receive a 3-day promotional rate, but then I was disappointed when I entered my room. Negatives: There was a constant hum from traffic on I-89, which was directly behind my 4th floor room. I closed the curtains, but there was a gap that let in outside light. I used a binder clip to keep the curtain closed. The wifi worked that evening, but not in the morning. It kept circling. We checked in and were given the wrong type of room. We asked to be moved to the room we booked. The manager told us to leave and called the police. The police said they have a lot of issues with this location and we were better off staying elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE...RUN AWAY!!! There is a nice Comfort Inn 2 miles away.

Booked two bungalows, they overbooked so we got “other” rooms! Shower didn’t work, our friends tv didn’t work and their toilet made all kinds of noise, all night! Terrible experience, never again!

I somehow was charged for a 2 night's stay on separate bookings, and they will not let me cancel to get a refund! Bad reviews everywhere until I am reimbursed for my NON stay! Also they claim to have a pool on Priceline which is also a lie! I would have been a long-term client because of the location/business next door, but this isn't good business so I guess this is how it will be. I will not give up on this!
