The rooms are a little worn. But for the value, it's hard to beat. Breakfast was ok but again since it's included, it was a great value. The Laundry included a washer and dryer. The washer was not working but there was no sign indicating that. It's not a big deal as most people probably don't use these. But after an 8 day road trip we needed to wash a few things and this was disappointing. Also the indoor pool and spa. Pool was nice. The exterior was nice but interior did not match the exterior. The room had a bad odor, tub was nasty, and furniture was messed up. The price is to much for how the room look. I will not be staying there again.
Once we seen the room we really didn't want to stay but it was 3am and we were exhausted. We could've overlooked the stains on the floor because accidents happen, but we believe that the blankets/sheets were not cleaned seeing as there was what appeared to he freash makeup on the sheets, there was also a used bandaid in our room and blood on the curtain. The biggest let down was the nearly empty dirty hot tub. I am only giving two stars because the staff was friendly and courteous.
the most unsweet suite, ever. none of the telephones work. small “flat screen” tv’s. rotted, mildewed wood on dresser. very stiff, minature pillows. one make up stained towel in bathroom. damp smell. friendly staff. won’t stay again.
