When offered room service we said yes to our dismay... We told the housekeeping staff that the bag was our dirty laundry but they threw the bag away anyways. Upon speaking with house keeping and management we were told that we must have misplaced it... After we raised cain for 2 days and got no where we finally called corporate and the hotel staff finally helped find our clothes. First i didnt get the room i booked, then my AC stopped working and they dont have maintenace on call to fix it. Staff was nice i guess thats about it though. Then again everyone we meet in this town have been nice.
It was nice. Staff was very friendly. There when you needed something, but not in your business either. Great breakfast, it was different all 3 mornings I was there. Good coffee and cookies. Pool was your typical hotel pool, the rooms were nice too. Clean for most part. Only set back was they were vacuuming in the hallway twice, before 8am!! And cleaning lady can in on us sleeping at 8am. Lol. But good location in the Madison area as well.
This is a pretty nice place to stay, we've stayed her twice now, it's our go to place when we come to town.
Excellent service and friendly staff, soft comfortable beds, great breakfast bar and to top it all off clean pool and spa!
