Was a excellent place to stay! Very clean, polite staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Recomend to everyone!
Amazing...great and friendly staff... We were missing a few items and they brought them to our room, problems with the vending machine and they made it right, front desk so helpful. Requested add'l towels for morning and we had them within 5 minutes. Room was great - 2 bedroom with kings tv, livingroom with tv kichenette ... was clean and well worth the $. Breakfast included and waffles, eggs, sausage amd much more. Highly highly recommend
The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food, the staff was friendly. I have stayed there twice and if I ever have to stay in the area again this is where I will stay!! Great value, clean room, good night's sleep!!
We had a blast. The hotel was clean and quiet. My room was very well priced and spacious. The breakfast was awesome!!!! And we went swimming until midnight!!! Couldnt have asked for a better time.
I wish that I could share a video and a photo of what I am currently experiencing at this hotel. Yesterday morning I fought an unknown insect for what seemed like an eternity before I killed it with the bible kept in the nightstand. Tonight I listened to the smoke alarms for about 20 minutes, packed all my stuff ready to escape a fire only to walk into the hall where the contractor was still working. Being that I am a housekeeper elsewhere it is easy for me to spot things. When I first walked into my room, the bed looked messy, not tightly tucked it looked like someone had already slept on top of the bed. Also I went to put food in the cabinet next to the microwave and there was an empty liquor bottle and waded up dirty towels in the cabinet. Not impressed with the cleanliness of my room. The rest of the hotel was nice including the breakfast; great variety of food to eat.
Staff was very nice. Kids loved the pool and free cookies in the lobby. Room was nice and comfortable. Definitely will be staying again.
I've been trying to book a meeting room along with a block of rooms for over 2 weeks and have had zero response. I've left 3 messages, stopped in to talk to the manager and emailed the GM and have yet had a response. We've been going to this same hotel for over 7 years but now that they have different employees and management it's not the same. So disappointing.
