This hotel has been a savior to my family and I during Hurricane Harvey, and they took us with no hesitation. Not only does it feel like a home away from home under these circumstances, but the hospitality of the staff makes this hard time so much easier and bearable for us. Brandon at the front desk took great care of us, and the Mousavi family has been nothing but amazing to everyone at this hotel, including our Army that's staying here! Definitely one of the best hotels in Katy!
Of the group of people in the katy area who were displaced from their home due to significant flooding. Country Inn took us in and gave us a "home away from home" feel. Very clean, friendly staff who go the distance, and great facility. Truly client oriented! Won't forget my stay here during this difficult time, as im sure the other guests who also are here due to their homes being flooded won't either, way to go!
Facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff is professional and courtesy. One the best experience I ever had stilling at a hotel.
