This hotel was fine for a overnight. The people at the desk were nice and knowledgeable about the area. The only thing I would say negative is that there is no heat in the bathrooms. A nice assortment of breakfast items
Overall, the stay was nice for a night. We stayed back in July and I recently realized my daughter was missing a stuffed animal, I called to see if it was there and the first time I called the person told me no it wasn't. I called again a week later to double check and was told they had the item we were missing (and another one we were missing and didn't realize it was there). Different person the second time, so I'm not sure what the difference was but I was thankful to find our items. They promptly got back to me about it ... read more
Friendly atmosphere!!! Need to work on housekeeping techniques!! We had to tell someone to remove extra trash!!!
I am giving it a one only because the cleaning staff was great, always making sure if things that we need. The front desk gets no stars. They refused to refill the creamer and sugar for coffee. They were rude with not only me but with other customers in front of others. They stuck their noses in the air at us as if we were low life's. I will never return to this place and I will let others know not to stay here!
Room was clean and comfortable staff was nice and friendly! My sister and niece had to switch rooms the first one had wet carpet and a broken AC unit but they were quickly given a new room! The breakfast was a disappointment
